(1) Vendor needs to provide voluntary worksite benefit service to the government authority located in Cedar, TX. – Provide comprehensive, cost–effective, fully insured Voluntary Worksite Benefits.– The requested product suite includes: • Critical Illness Insurance (including cancer coverage) • Accident Insurance (off–the–job coverage) • Hospital Indemnity Insurance (Health Savings Account/HSA–compliant options required)– Group Platform Mandate: All proposed coverages must be issued on a true group platform utilizing group rates. Individual insurance plans or individual policies marketed through a workplace platform will not be accepted.– Plans are to be quoted on a fully–insured, group basis.– Critical Illness Plan Design (Legacy Cancer Replacement): To modernize employee financial protections, the agency is replacing its tobacco–rated legacy Cancer plan with a more robust critical illness platform.• Streamlined Claims Processing: Offer an intuitive, paperless, app and web–based claims submission process for employees, aiming for an average claims turnaround time of 5 business days or fewer. • Zero Administrative Burden for Eligibility Verification: The claim process must not require the agency to verify employee eligibility.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 30, 2026.
