Vendor needs to provide administrative and outreach support assistant services including will support stakeholder engagement, meeting coordination, outreach and education activities, event planning, documentation management, and cross–community collaboration.– Communication & Outreach Support• Support communication and coordination among members, the Team, stakeholders, and community partners• Maintain calendars, contact lists, and distribution lists• Assist with development and distribution of outreach and public relations information materials, including:• Email communications and announcements• Flyers and informational materials• Social media content• Community outreach and engagement materials• Support stakeholder engagement and public information dissemination efforts– Data Tracking & Reporting• Maintain participation and attendance records• Assist with surveys, data collection, data entry, and reporting• Develop basic charts, graphics, presentations, and support materials as needed– Event & Resource Fair Coordination• Coordinate logistics including registration, scheduling, outreach, vendor/community partner communication, and event materials• Assist with billing, invoice tracking, purchase documentation, and administrative recordkeeping• Support event promotion, participant communications, day–of–event activities, and post–event follow–up– Eligibility & Minimum QualificationsThe Contractor or assigned personnel should demonstrate:• Strong organizational, communication, and technology skills• Experience coordinating meetings, events, outreach, or community engagement activities• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Zoom, and virtual meeting platforms
