All Contractors for the 2026-2027 OCSD JOC projects must be prequalified according to this pre-qualification solicitation prior to submitting a bid. OCSD may use the list of pre-qualified Contractors for a period of one (1) year from the date of the establishment of the Qualified Bidders List.&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>This Request for Pre-Qualification Documents is set out in the following format:</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>SECTION I.
