Through this Request for Proposals (RFP), the Boston Public Health Commission (BPHC) Infectious Disease Bureau (IDB) HIV and STI Services Division seeks to improve the timeliness of initiation of antiretroviral therapy (ART) for newly diagnosed and newly engaged people with HIV (PWH) to help them achieve rapid, sustained viral suppression and long-term health outcomes (Rapid Start).
