(1) Vendor needs to provide daycare transportation services to the government authority located in Chattanooga, TN. • Provision of transportation to and from day–care facilities for children of low–income families whose parents are not able to take or retain jobs because their shift starts or ends outside the school day• Transportation will be provided on contractor–owned or leased vehicles, the number of which will be based on the demand for service• All routes will be structured to assure no child is on board more than 45 minutes per all inbound and outbound routes.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
