Annual Contract - Motor Oil & Lubricants

The City of Winter Haven, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, requests the submittal of information from vendors interested in Project Title to the City’s Fleet Maintenance Division at 2501 Motor Pool Road, Winter Haven, Florida. The objective of this ITB is to establish contracts with both a Primary and Secondary vendor to supply oils and lubricants in accordance with the specifications outlined herein. The estimated contract start date is January 1, 2026. Vendors are encouraged to read these specifications carefully and ensure all requirements are addressed in their submittal.
