(1) Vendor needs to provide secure destruction services to ensure compliance with applicable privacy, security, and data protection regulations to the government authority located in Austin, TX.– The service provider shall perform all work in a manner that guarantees complete destruction beyond recognition or reconstruction. Work may be completed on–site or off–site at a service provider’s location.– Collect materials on a scheduled or on–demand basis.– Ensure destruction of paper, microforms, optical media, and other physical storage devices as required.– Provide secure collection containers (locked, tamper–resistant) for designated locations for non–boxed confidential media.– Provide at minimum off–site shredding, with chain–of–custody documentation.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than June 11, 2026.
