(1) Vendor needs to provide community benefit property transfer services to the government authority located in Colorado Springs, CO.– Develop and maintain the Property for the purpose of the identified Community Benefit, including providing design, construction, financing, operation, and maintenance of the Property as appropriate for the proposed use of the Property(2) A pre–proposal conference will be held on July 14, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than July 16, 2026.
