(1) Vendor needs to provide insurance brokerage services to the government authority located in Tallahassee, FL.– Broker capable of providing proactive account management, strategic risk management guidance, insurance market expertise, and responsive service.– Marketing services and strategy.– Claim administration and management.– Policy holder services.– Prepare annual marketing strategy reports identifying anticipated market conditions and proposing a marketing strategy for the county’s major loss exposure areas prior to policy renewal.– Analyze insurance market trends and report in advance on the effect that trends will have on pricing and coverage availability.– Assist in the audit of workers ‘compensation classification coding.– Assist the county in developing insurance requirements for the various contracts (design, construction, and service) and in reviewing insurance policies, contracts, leases and bonds as requested by the county.– Provide prompt and accurate service for day–to–day concerns and questions, on insurance and risk management matters.– Provide routine verbal consulting advise on safety and loss control matters as they relate to the county’s risk management program.– Provide appraisal services, catastrophe modeling, etc. as standard best practice, for county buildings identified by the county’s values statement. – Analyze the county’s exposure to loss, adequacy of coverage, and develop options on coverage not presently purchased by the county.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 16, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for two years.
