Vendor needs to provide custodial services to the government authority located in Dallas, TX.– Hard floors: dust mop and damp mop as needed; spot mop spills and visible soil.– Carpeted floors, rugs and mats: vacuum traffic lanes and visible soil; spot clean stains as discovered.– Place wet–floor signage as required and remove upon floor drying.– Detail vacuum and mop edges, corners, and under accessible furniture in common areas.– Clean and sanitize restroom floors: sweep, damp mop with a germicidal solution.– Spot clean stall walls and doors.– Clean and sanitize showers and curtains.– Empty trash, spot clean containers, reline with appropriate size trash bag.– Clean and sanitize walls, door handles, and light switches.– Sweep and mop floor surfaces.– Clean and sanitize exterior of refrigerators and freezer.
