Description

The City of New Smyrna Beach, Florida (the “City”) is requesting proposals from qualified individuals or firms interested in providing Athletic Field Improvements and Maintenance services to the City of New Smyrna Beach Sports Complex. Firms must be qualified and licensed to do business in the State of Florida, to perform Project Title and other related services as noted in accordance with all specifications, terms, and conditions contained herein. If an award is made it shall be made to the best overall proposer(s) whose proposal is most advantageous to the City, taking into consideration the evaluation factors set forth in this RFP. The City shall not use any other factors or criteria in the evaluation of the proposals received. The successful proposer will hereinafter be referred to as the "Contractor".
