Description
The Los Angeles Unified School District (LAUSD or District), on behalf the Eco-Sustainability Office, is soliciting proposals for administering an aeroponic tower garden project at twenty-one (21) LAUSD schools over three (3) years. Seven (7) schools will be selected each year over the program’s three-year period. The project will consist of providing up to five (5) aeroponic tower gardens at each of the twenty-one schools, supporting products and materials for operating the tower gardens for three years, professional services consisting of installation, troubleshooting support, and a classroom curriculum that incorporates growing plants in the tower gardens into multi-disciplinary lessons.
