(1) Vendor needs to provide incarcerated individual healthcare services to the government authority located in Poughkeepsie, NY.– Provide twenty–four–hour comprehensive medical, dental, mental health, substance abuse and pharmaceutical services.– Provide health services 24/7/365, including holidays for all necessary care. – Provide clinically necessary medical, dental, and psychiatric services to all inmates, principally on–site, effectively and efficiently. – Establish and execute a site–specific health care model with clear objectives, policies and procedures, manuals, and on–going quality assurance audits consistent with national and state standards.– Provide substance abuse treatment services, for inmates including counseling and programs.– Maintain complete and accurate records of all medical, dental and mental health care. Collect, analyze and distribute health statistics on a regular basis and as needed to appropriate agency administrative personnel. – Operate the health care program in a manner consistent with the inmates’ rights to basic health care services.
