Vendor needs to provide joint cyber intelligence suite malware intelligence triage tool.• The SaaS must provide an  information security analysis trend report that includes: Early identification and notification of trending malware topics, including identifying discussions on new software threats; linking open–source reporting information to provide a knowledge base for malware and threat actors, including linking anti–virus vendor malware names together; analysis of threat actor communications to identify possible new exploit development efforts; identification of trends in malicious software through analysis of malware behaviors and static characteristics; and identification of unique or rare malicious software samples that may indicate a targeted threat. • The SaaS for this requirement must: integrate a malware analysis tool containing a repository of more than 288 million malware samples that provides automated analysis and threat reporting capabilities to the information security community; include custom algorithms, frameworks, and visualizations to support the detection of targeted malware and other sophisticated threats; be a Saas instantiation of apiary, the malware relationship triage tool that will augment the data available to a counterintelligence agent and provide clear and more coherent indicator of online threats.
