ITES-10590 - USA (Denver, Colorado) - Emergency Management System Security Plan and Threat Risk Assessment Service - Deadline August 6,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide emergency management system security plan and threat risk assessment service to the government authority located in Denver, CO. – This project will encompass research, coordination, and writing of two plans the system security plan (SSP) and the threat and hazard identification and risk assessment (THIRA).  – The plans will be developed sequentially with some potential for overlap as the system security plan work concludes and the THIRA work initializes.   – This will require research, including regional THIRAs as well as information from regarding infrastructure specifications and vulnerabilities.– To develop the assessment as well as dedicating staff time to meet and discuss the assessment with the contractor.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 23, 2026.          (3) The contract period will be for three years.           (4) A non–mandatory pre–proposal meeting will be held on July 16, 2026.
