(1) Vendor needs to provide professional manage teacher driven services to the government authority located in Dover, DE. – Provide curriculum aligned, evidence–based literacy resources that strengthen Tier 1 classroom instruction.– Improve student literacy outcomes by supporting the implementation of high–quality instructional materials and evidence–based practices that help students become proficient readers, writers, thinkers, and speakers.– Schools with historically low proficiency in ELA.– Grade level bands will be another factor in prioritization with the focus on earlier grades.– Materials must be evidence–based, aligned with the science of reading, and aligned with the LEA adopted instructional materials.– Ability to phase project approvals by content area, grade band, etc.– Provide a checkpoint to ensure all resources requested are supporting PK–5th grade evidence–based literacy and adopted instructional materials in schools.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 7, 2026.
