(1) Vendor needs to provide fire training facility master planning and concept design services to the government authority located in Fargo, ND.     • Site Concept• Building Design• Training Facility Plan– Evaluate existing and future needs and demands of a facility that provides sufficient space and facilities for fire department training – Establish facility space, site, and functional areas – Interior spaces will provide adequate separation of contaminated firefighting gear and other interior spaces – Storage space for firefighting gear will include ventilation so contaminants are expelled from interior spaces(2) A mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on July 16, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than July 23, 2026.
