It is the intent of these specifications, terms, and conditions to describe the hazardous waste transportation and disposal services being requested by the County of Alameda Household Hazardous Waste (HHW) Program. The County intends to award a two-year contract (with the option to renew for three years) to the Bidder selected as the most responsible Bidder whose response conforms to the RFQ and meets the County’s requirements.
