These services must adhere to all applicable regulations related to the management, generation, collection, transportation, treatment, and disposal of hazardous and non-hazardous waste materials. Addition – Site Visit Scheduled: (VOLUNTARY) A Site Visit has been scheduled as follows: Date : Friday, December 12, 2025 Time : 3:00 p.m. Locations : First Meeting Location: 3700 & 3730 North Adams Street, Garden City, Idaho. Second Meeting Location: ACHD Franklin Traffic Operations Center, 12590 West Franklin Road, Boise, Idaho. Third Meeting Location: ACHD Cloverdale Maintenance Yard, 440 North Cloverdale Road, Boise, Idaho.
