(1) Vendor needs to provide arts community network refresh service to the government authority located in California. • Design and implement high–quality programming across dance, music, theatre, visual arts, and media arts/film, aligned with arts standards and the district’s instructional goals.• Dance: Dance programs shall provide enriched learning experiences focusing on the exploration and expression of ideas, emotions, and stories through purposeful, rhythmic movement.• Music: Music programs shall support the creation, performance, and appreciation of sound through vocal and instrumental practices.• Visual Arts: Visual Arts programs shall focus on the creation and interpretation of visual imagery and design.• Media Arts / Film: Media Arts/Film programs shall focus on storytelling and expression through digital and time–based media.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 10, 2026(3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on August 4, 2026
