(1) Vendor needs to provide structural engineering services to the government authority located in Portland, OR. – Provide a comprehensive menu of design and construction administration services throughout the lifespan of the project.• Project assessment/ preliminary design phase:– Investigate and review applicable federal, state, local, and agency standards, codes, and regulations pertaining to the proposed Project and identify design issues relating to functional opportunities, needs, directives and constraints imposed thereby. – Such investigations shall include, but not be limited to, energy, historic, and others who may have jurisdiction over or impact on the projects.• Schematic design development through construction documents phase:– Provide life–cycle cost analysis and other pertinent information as required for the owner to make critical decisions on major building systems.• Construction phase.• Post construction and close out phase:– Facilitate an efficient and thorough punch list process.– Assist as necessary for timely resolution to any warranty issues.• Seismic grant reporting coordination:– Consultant shall provide analysis and documentation necessary to satisfy the requirements of the State for issuance of this grant.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 28, 2026.
