Description
Contractor to furnish all labor, material, equipment and tools of the trade on a job order basis for maintenance, repair, and minor construction projects. Work shall include but is not limited to: Remove, replace, and construct concrete sidewalks, curb & gutter, and other concrete structures. Patch, repair, and install bituminous concrete (asphalt) and base. Grading. Other work related to streets, grounds, and ROW. All work shall include all necessary preparation, including but not limited to, cleaning surfaces, rotomilling, sub base preparation, surveying, and adjusting manholes, valve boxes and inlets.
