MUNICIPAL IMPROVEMENT JOB ORDER CONTRACT 2021 FOR CITY PROJECTS

This is a job order contract, which shall be used to provide the City with a readily available work force for repairs, alterations to existing facilities, emergency repairs, and new construction. In general, the work consists of, but is not limited to furnishing labor, materials and equipment for the construction of municipal improvements. The work shall include, but not be limited to, the repair, alteration, replacement and construction of curbs, gutters, sidewalks, sidewalk crossings, curb ramps, cross gutters, concrete and hot mix asphalt pavement, dikes, decomposed granite sidewalks, retaining walls, storm drain systems, sewer line systems, lighting, brick surfacing, paver surfacing, interlocking pavers, sawcutting uplifted portions of sidewalks and miscellaneous associated work at such times and locations as required.
