It is necessary to have available cat litter that is non-clumping, clay, unscented and moisture free to ensure the health and well-being of the animals in the shelter. Litter must be delivered on a weekly/bi-weekly basis, to the Pinellas County Animal Services shelter, located at 12450 Ulmerton Road Largo, FL 33774 .
