(1) Vendor needs to provide art engagement services for seniors and adults to enhance well‑being, promote creative expression, and support rehabilitation outcomes.– Deliver up to 5 art classes per week (including one weekend day) for 50 weeks annually– Conduct 3–hour sessions per class including setup and resident support– Serve ~10 residents per class– Provide one–on–one assistance as needed– Ensure culturally and linguistically appropriate instruction (e.g., English + Spanish, Chinese, or Tagalog)– Provide trained staff who have successfully cleared all required background checks(2) A pre–proposal conferences will be held on July 2, 2026.(3) All question must be submitted no later than July 13, 2026.
