(1) Vendor needs to provide public art program service. – Provide artists or artist–led teams (Artist) to create iconic artwork.– Shows a strong artistic vision that enhances the area and adds to the character of fostering neighbourhood pride.– Reflects and respects the diverse cultures, stories, and identities of the local community.– Creates a space where people can gather while promoting inclusiveness and a sense of belonging.– Aligns with the community goals of improved outdoor recreation, environmental quality, and social connection.– Safe, durable, and suitable for long–term display in an outdoor space, appealing to a variety of art lovers.– Artists will be responsible for general maintenance for five years after installation at no additional charge to the city.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 08, 2026.
