(1) Vendor needs to provide shredding services to the government authority located in Sacramento, CA.– Provide secure, scheduled, on–site document shredding services for confidential documents generated during normal business operations.– Services shall include the collection, transportation within each facility, on–site destruction, and recycling of confidential paper documents.– Collect confidential documents from each shred bin during scheduled service visits.– Recycle all shredded paper in an environmentally responsible manner.– Return shred bins to their designated locations service.– Perform shredding on–site using a mobile shredding vehicle.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 9, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for two years.
