The City of Lakeland is seeking qualified contractors to provide all required materials, tools, equipment, labor, and supervision for the complete renovation / construction of all existing 18 toilet rooms, vestibules and associated corridors on nine floors of the existing ten story building, excluding floor level eight. The purpose of the Lakeland Electric Building ADA Toilet Renovations Project is to enhance the existing restrooms in appearance and to bring the facility to accessible standards.
