(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–hosted integrated technical resources hub solution. – Provide a best–in–class cloud–hosted integrated technical resources hub (Solution) for the Development Services Department (DSD) designed to centralize departmental technical knowledge, interface seamlessly with key existing customer–facing platforms, and establish a robust, controlled process for content management.– Solution will improve efficiency, reduce workload, increase capacity, elevate public trust, ensure compliance, and serve as a source.– Customer service representatives, planners, permit technicians, reviewers, and inspectors, dedicate considerable time to fielding routine inquiries regarding code interpretation, application status, and required documentation.(2) The contract period will be for three years.
