(1) Vendor needs to provide early literacy and mathematics screening system to the government authority located in OK. – Provide early literacy and mathematics screening system capable of identifying reading and math deficiencies, including characteristics of dyslexia and dyscalculia, and delivering valid, reliable, and actionable data for students in kindergarten through fifth grade.  • The early literacy and math screening instruments must:– Design, develop, and maintain a reporting feature that captures and reports all required components of the Student Literacy Intervention Plan (SLIP) as required by the agency.– Be used to identify students in kindergarten through third grade who may be at risk for reading difficulties.– Be used to identify students in second through fifth grade who may be at risk for math difficulties.– Be valid and reliable for the intended purpose of screening early literacy skills.– Be valid and reliable for the intended purpose of screening math skills and deficiencies.– Provide data to support the identification of reading and math deficiencies.– Provide the average administration time for each screening assessment by grade level.– Be appropriate for use in a universal screening context through middle grades.– Provide results that can be transmitted in a timely manner to teachers, administrators, and parents and legal guardians of students.– Be capable of integration into reading and math curriculum in kindergarten through grade 5.• Evaluation focus areas: – Identification accuracy.– Validity and reliability.– Concurrent validity.– Instructional relevance.– Alignment to evidence–based reading instruction.– Universal screening applicability.– Ease of administration and use.– Data accessibility and integration.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 10, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for five years.
