The Village of Schaumburg, IL will accept Letters of Qualification via the Village's e-Procurement Portal, ProcureNow ( https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/villageofschaumburg ) for 'Project ID , 'Project Title to be received no later than 'Proposal Submission Date , 'Proposal Submission Time . Qualifications submitted after the specified time will not be accepted. Once Qualification Letters are received, the Village will invite select vendors to interview with the Village to discuss project scope. Interviews will be conducted in-person or virtually.
