(1) Vendor needs to provide flexible spending and health reimbursement accounts administrator services to the government authority located in Des Moines, IA.• Administrator for group flexible spending accounts and group health reimbursement accounts.• The city must remain competitive as an employer and control all benefit costs.• Provide claims administration including accurate reporting and funding requests.• Provide excellent plan sponsor and member customer service in order to process claims accurately and timely.• Provide enhanced customer service through telephonic support and a user–friendly website and mobile application.• Provide the City on–line access to timely or real–time reports in aggregate.• Provide a streamlined process for enrollment for members and for City administrators, etc. to include the ability to complete open enrollment through a website or portal.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 27, 2026.
