(1) Vendor needs to provide senior police advisor service to the government authority located in Washington, DC.• The Senior Police Advisor performs broad and extensive assignments related to a complex administrative/financial program spanning the full range of citizen safety, law enforcement, rule of law, and counternarcotic programs in Haiti, which is of significant interest to the public and to Congress• This position involves planning, organizing, and completing financial and organizational analysis of enormous complexity• The Senior Police Advisor will provide general administrative and policy direction concerning overall program priorities and objectives, as well as work with agency to develop, manage, and oversee programs and related issues.• The Senior Police Advisor will liaise with other agencies, governments, international organizations, and host government contacts active in the fields of law enforcement, violence reduction, transnational crime, and counternarcotic• The Senior Police Advisor will monitor and report on agency programs in Haiti, analyzing their effectiveness and suggesting improvements.• The Senior Police Advisor will present these approaches to the agency Director for discussion and final approval• The Work Plan will be directly linked to this Statement of Work and will provide concrete work tasks, projects, and deliverables that are expected to be completed during the performance year.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
