Old Village Oral History and Miriam Brown Community Center Conceptual Design Project

The Town of Mount Pleasant (Town) is accepting statements of qualifications (SOQ) from qualified consulting teams to undertake the compiling of the oral history of the Old Village African American Community specifically tied to Miriam Brown and the Laing Elementary School and to incorporate that history into the development of a conceptual design for the replacement new Miriam Brown Community Center.
