(1) Vendor needs to provide west coast basin optimization study services to the government authority located in Lakewood, CA.– Perform above ground investigation/analyses for preferred and alternative well sites (pilot, injection, monitoring, etc.) within modelling areas. – This includes evaluating land data, including parcel ownership, zoning, lot size, setback requirements, site accessibility, constructability, site permit requirements, availability of power, site control zone requirements, and other relevant needs.– Develop a comparison matrix using technical feasibility, basin yield benefit, infrastructure complexity, stakeholder support and cost–effectiveness.– Develop phased implementation recommendations.(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on August 05, 2026(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 7, 2026.
