Description
The City of New Smyrna Beach is seeking sealed bids from qualified and licensed Contractors for construction of the Precision Approach Path Indicator (PAPI) Navigational Aid Systems on Runways 7, 25, and 29 project at the New Smyrna Beach Airport. This project will be partially funded by FDOT, FAA and the New Smyrna Beach Municipal Airport through local funds. The award of this contract will be contingent upon receipt of bids and availability of funding. The requirements of 49 CFR Part 26 including any amendments thereto apply to this contract. It is the policy of the City of New Smyrna Beach to practice nondiscrimination based on race, color, sex, or national origin in the award or performance of this contract. The Owner encourages participation by all firms qualifying under this solicitation regardless of business size or ownership. All required documents shall be completed and submitted through the City's eProcurement Portal.
