(1) Vendor needs to provide tree canopy assessment software. – To perform a tree canopy assessment, develop a tree canopy report, and provide access to a subscription–based tree assessment software.        – Professional services are needed to perform a tree canopy assessment, develop a tree canopy report, and provide access to a subscription–based tree assessment software.– A tree canopy assessment is needed to provide insight into tree canopy health, distribution and changes, and deliver a system to monitor changes overtime.– Provide a GIS based multi–year monitoring software such as TreeKeeper® or similar, for continued monitoring of the tree canopy.– Submit all GIS data in ESRI® ArcGIS compatible geodatabase in a projected coordinate system.– Dashboard to integrate tree inventory data.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 16, 2026.          (3) The contract period will be for five years.
