Code Compliance Lot Clearing

The City of New Smyrna Beach (herein after, “City”) has issued this Invitation to Bid (hereinafter, “ITB”) for Project ID Project Title , with the sole purpose and intent of obtaining proposals from qualified and experienced Commercial/Residential Grounds Maintenance contractors with demonstrated skills and experience clearing lots requiring mowing, edging, trimming, and trash removal on an as needed basis. If an award is made it shall be made to the best overall proposer(s) whose proposal is most advantageous to the city. If awarded, a contract to provide these services shall be effective on the date contract is approved by the City of New Smyrna Beach, City Commission (herein after, the “Commission”), signed by all required parties and filed with the City Clerk. The initial term of contract is three (3) years with two (2) optional one (1) year periods for renewal, upon mutual agreement and approval of the commission.
