Additionally, the project includes the construction of an aircraft holding bay. The construction work includes asphalt pavement mill and overlay, removal of existing asphalt pavement, construction of new asphalt pavement, clearing and grubbing, excavation, hauling, grading, drainage, sodding, marking, lighting and signage.
