CLOTHING-1125 - USA (Minnesota) - Athletic Equipment, Uniforms and Apparel Supplies - Deadline July 31,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide athletic equipment, uniforms and apparel supplies to the government authority located in MN. – Provide equipment, game day uniforms, apparel, footwear, leisurewear and limited edition/exclusive lines to the athletic department while also providing an online merchandising opportunity for sales of agency athletic apparel and merchandise to the general public.  • Technical/functional requirements:– Provide high–quality, nationally–recognized name brand equipment, apparel and uniforms.– Designated percent (%) off retail price discounts for equipment, game day uniforms, apparel, footwear, leisurewear and limited edition/exclusive lines.– Revenue generation opportunities or commissions from on–line/web–based merchandising sales.– Provide complete network for ordering, timely fulfilment, delivery and support for online/web–based merchandising sales.– Description of customer service plan and delivery schedule for both athletic department and general public.• Provide products and services including:– Athletic uniforms.– Practice apparel and training gear.– Spirit wear and fan merchandise.– Athletic equipment.– Branding and marketing support.(2) The contract period will be for three years.
