Elevator and Escalator Vertical Transportation Consulting

This Scope of Work (SOW) outlines the necessary requirements and expectations for the procurement of elevator consulting services for Collin County, Texas. This solicitation seeks a general contract with qualified firms capable of providing preliminary consulting services related to the assessment, inspection, and maintenance of existing elevators and escalators. The selected firm will provide expert analysis and recommendations to ensure the safety, efficiency, and compliance of our elevator systems with applicable regulations, standards, and best practices. The resulting Professional Services Agreement will be for a term of one (1) year, to begin upon award, with three (3) additional annual renewal options. The response will be in the form of a “Statement of Qualifications” (SOQ).
