CR 393 Drainage Improvements

The proposed project, hereinafter referred to as the “Project” consists of the reconstruction of CR 393 North from US 98 to Chat Holley Road, including stormwater conveyance upgrades, pedestrian facilities, and water quality improvements. Contract Time: Work shall begin on the Project within TEN (10) days of issuance of the Notice to Proceed and be substantially complete by December 22, 2025. Substantial completion shall be defined as the point where the Project is NINETY PERCENT (90%) complete and can be used for the purpose it was intended. Final completion of the Project shall be accomplished within THIRTY (30) calendar days from the date a punch list of the remaining items to be completed is issued by the County.
