(1) Vendor needs to provide facilities master plan services to the government authority located in Lincoln, NE.– Facilities master plan that will serve as a guide for short term and long–term improvements to the infrastructure.– Evaluate the water supply, treatment, and transmission system components, including update of the water demand projections.– Evaluate the capacity of existing storage, pumping, and distributions system components.– Evaluate short term and long–term system improvements required to meet hydraulic and other growth parameters.– Including subject–matter experts, managers and executive leadership.– Provide overall project management, scheduling, coordination, and quality control.– Assist in developing executive summaries and public facing information and website content that informs community members about the planning process, outcomes, and recommendations.– System performance in existing service areas and identified growth areas.– Water main replacement program.– Asset management program and advanced analytics.– Financial planning and capital improvement program.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 28,2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
