ACCT-26095 - USA (Columbia, Missouri) - Financial Advisor Services - Deadline July 29,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide financial advisor services to the government authority located in Columbia, MO.– Advise the school district in developing an overall long–term strategy and plan for financing and evaluation of refinancing alternates.– Seek assistance in structuring the annual tax levy to maximize both the operating and debt service funds.– Examine and analyze all necessary financing methods, pointing out the advantages and disadvantages of each, and recommending a plan or plans which best meet the district’s needs.– Provide all necessary cash flow projections and schedules for the financing.– Assist selected legal counsel and any review and analysis related to existing federal, state, and local policy codes rulings which will affect the financing.– Coordinate the preparation of all necessary marketing and legal materials, including resolutions, financing plans, and offering documents.– Advise the District and assist in the preparation of the financing information.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 21, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
