Financial Advisor Services (Multiyear Contract)

The County of DeKalb, GA (the "County"), is soliciting sealed responses for Project Title Financial Advisor Services. Responses are to be submitted via the City's eProcurement Portal via https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/dekalbcountyga PRIOR TO Response Submission Time on Response Submission Date . Late responses will not be accepted. Project work includes financial advisory services in connection with various financing transactions and programs and to act as the County's municipal advisor. The Financial advisor or entity will assist the County in developing and implementing strategies to meet its long-term financial needs. Advisory services will include but not be limited to all short-term and long-term borrowings currently in existence, as well as any proposed short-term and long-term borrowings and infrastructure grants, including bonds, loans and leases which may be proposed. The advisor will also be expected to provide actionable suggestions related to the County's short-term and long-term financial plan, provide advice on topics such as OPEB, pensions and similar financial topics.
