OMC-B7693 WALK-IN COOLER/FREEZER RPLC (POM 21-010)

General work description: In general, the work consists of, but is not limited to, providing temporary refrigeration and replacing the existing indoor walk-in refrigerator/freezer unit installed inside the Building 7693 Child Development Center Kitchen located in the Ord Military Community, Seaside, California. The work shall include, but is not be limited to, the installation of a temporary refrigerator/freezer outside the building, setup of construction barriers to separate the construction area from the active kitchen, demolition and /recycling of existing refrigerator/freezer unit and associated piping and equipment, the installation of a new interior walk-in refrigerator/freezer including, but not limited to new wall floor and ceiling insulation, new structural components, new finished wall metal and trim, floor reheat panels, tile, control’s and sensors, power equipment, refrigeration equipment, new piping, drains, fans, and incidentals as specified in these Specifications. In addition, the work includes all repairs, modifications, patching and/or painting to the existing facility for the installation of the new refrigerator, and or due to damage caused by this project.
