Description
General work description: In general, the work consists of, but is not limited to, removal and disposal of Solitaire 710 series locks, outdated panic bars, and trim currently installed in the living quarters at the Presidio of Monterey Army installation. The work shall also include furnishing of all necessary equipment and tools for the installation of ILCO 790 Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) series locks, panic bars, and trim. Due to the location and nature of the work as well as compatibility issues, Contractor must be a dormakaba certified installer; no substitutions of lock mechanisms or hardware will be permitted.
