(1) Vendor needs to provide outside counsel for commercial disputes, litigation, and related legal services to the government authority located in Tucson, AZ. – Litigation Representation:• Develop litigation and settlement strategies• Conduct discovery, including document production, depositions, and expert coordination.– Dispute Resolution:• Represent in mediation, arbitration, and other alternative dispute resolution proceedings.• Negotiate and document settlement agreements.– Pre–Litigation Dispute Management:• Evaluate potential claims and defense, which may include factual investigations related to disputes and document review.• Provide early case assessments and litigation risk analyses.– Other Related Legal Services:• Ranging from contract disputes and business torts or indemnity claims, insurance coverage issues, and vendor disputes.• Provide status reports, litigation budgets, and strategic recommendations.• Provide other litigation, dispute resolution, or related legal services as may reasonably be requested.– Records and Reporting:• Maintain litigation files, including work product.• Provide case status updates and reporting on a regular basis and as requested.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 28, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for two years.
