(1) Vendor needs to provide event medical services to the government authority located in Columbia, SC. • Provide Emergency Medical Services (EMS) providers to furnish professional clinical staffing, ambulance services, and medical support in furtherance of the fair's established first aid, safety, emergency management, and incident response operations.• Professional EMS partner capable of providing high–quality patient care, operational reliability, emergency preparedness support, and integration with Fair leadership, public safety stakeholders, healthcare partners, and incident management personnel.• Clinical staffing for Fair First Aid operations.• Advanced Life Support (ALS) emergency medical response.• ALS ambulance transport capability.• Event medical supervision and operational oversight.• Medical documentation and reporting.• Emergency preparedness support.s• Coordination with Fair leadership and designated stakeholders.(2) The contract period will be for one year. (3) Mandatory pre–bid site visit will be held on July 9, 2026. (4) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 11, 2026.
