(1) Vendor needs to provide construction inspection and materials testing services to the government authority located in Indianapolis, IN. • Provide construction inspection and materials testing services for:– Inspection and documentation of– RSA grading improvements adjacent to Runway 3–21 and within the RSA beyond the runway ends– verify compliance with current Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Advisory Circular standards.– Runway electrical improvements, including replacement of existing runway lighting systems with LED fixtures, installation of conduit and cable, electrical vault construction, navigational aid (NAVAID) improvements– Runway pavement crack repair, excavation, grading(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 31, 2026. (3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on July 28, 2026.
